WV Resources:
The WV Coalition Against Domestic Violence
The West Virginia Coalition Against Domestic Violence (WVCADV) is a statewide non-profit organization comprised of the Coalition’s statewide office and 14 licensed domestic violence programs. WVCADV is the only statewide network of domestic violence service providers and experts that provide specialized direct services for families, training, education, and policy development in West Virginia.

Specific services may vary from one community provider to another, but most programs offer core services such as legal advocacy, individual safety planning, safe shelter, a 24-hour emergency hotline, and services for children. Other support services may also be available such as help in obtaining medical care, social services, emergency transportation, peer support counseling, support groups, and translation services.
The WV Foundation for Rape Information and Services
The West Virginia Foundation for Rape Information and Services (WVFRIS) is West Virginia's state sexual assault coalition. WVFRIS is comprised of the state's rape crisis centers, and works with the rape crisis centers and other allied professionals to develop and strengthen intervention and prevention programs in the State that address sexual violence and stalking.

West Virginia Human Trafficking Task Force
The West Virginia Human Trafficking Task Force (WVHTTF) is chaired by the United States Attorney Offices from the Northern and Southern District of West Virginia. The task force is comprised of federal, state, and local law enforcement officers, service providers, victim advocates, educators, and representatives of the West Virginia Attorney General’s Office, among others. The task force proactively combats labor and sex trafficking and serves trafficking victims through multidisciplinary collaboration.

The National Sexual Violence Resource Center (NSVRC)
The National Sexual Violence Resource Center (NSVRC) is the leading nonprofit in providing information and tools to prevent and respond to sexual violence.
The Stalking Prevention, Awareness, and Resource Center
The Stalking Prevention, Awareness, and Resource Center (SPARC) is a federally funded national resource center that provides education and resources about the crime of stalking to enhance the response to stalking and equip service providers and criminal justice responders with the information and resources they need to better serve victims and survivors of stalking.

Fairness West Virginia is the statewide civil rights advocacy organization dedicated to the fair and equal treatment of lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender West Virginians.
The Network/La Red
The Network/La Red is a survivor-led, social justice organization that works to end partner abuse in lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, kink, polyamorous, and queer communities. Rooted in anti-oppression principles, our work aims to create a world where all people are free from oppression. We strengthen our communities through organizing, education, and the provision of support services.
